Anxiety can be so all consuming and so hard to live with. It can take over and leave a person feeling very disempowered. It is debilitating at times and it can really hold people back.

How often do you feel anxious? How much time do you spend over worrying? Over thinking? Or questioning everything? How do you feel physically as a result? Perhaps you can’t sleep? Maybe you feel sick and on edge all the time? It could be that you’re physically packing or moving nonstop. It might be that you mouth is dry, and the thoughts are racing.

Anxiety has many different faces. Some individuals hide and can’t leave the house. Some get louder and take over the room. Some want to sleep all the time while others lean on alcohol or drugs. Whatever the picture anxiety is a powerful and destructive thing to live with.

Transformational coaching can help to combat anxiety. It can enable you to cope with it and to manage the different faces of it. With the use of different techniques, it can help to change your internal experience and to show you a different way to be.

It Is important to note that coaching is very different to psychotherapy. It is about the management of anxiety rather than addressing the deeper underlying issues that trigger it. Therapy is the place to explore these.
